yogabirth023Gentle, Calming Yoga to gather and strengthen core muscles…..realign you body, after the softening and opening of Pregnancy, Labour and Birth… Releasing tension in the shoulders and back from feeding and carrying…followed by relaxation.   Tracey will adapt the Yoga for women joining the class after your 6 week check, up to the first year following birth.
